Heat treatment of juice is essential for the product shelf life but at the same time, it implicates the risk of reducing the product quality. Our plants allow a fine tuning of temperature, as well as a homogenous temperature distribution. Effective cleaning and sterilizing procedures are essential in controlling microbial contamination. Therefore, our CIP measures take into account these high requirements.
